Alpha Omega Vitality – Cancellation Policy

Some Alpha Omega Vitality products may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can update, modify, or cancel these types of orders.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription through Alpha Omega Vitality, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment information is stored securely, and you will be charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose a prepaid subscription.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not want a subscription to renew, you can cancel it at any time before the renewal date.

  • You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time by using the link provided in your order confirmation email.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase an item that is currently out of stock or scheduled for upcoming release.

  • At checkout, we may collect either no payment, a partial deposit, or your stored payment method for future billing.

  • Once the item becomes available, we will fulfill your order and process the final or remaining payment.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • If the pre-order has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

3. Try-Before-You-Buy

Alpha Omega Vitality may offer select items on a try-before-you-buy basis.

  • At checkout, we place an authorization hold on your payment method before shipping the item to you.

  • You will have a designated trial period to decide whether you want to keep the product.

  • If you do not return the item within the trial window, we will process the full charge to your payment method.

  • If you return the item within the allowed timeframe, the authorization is released or adjusted based on our Returns Policy.
