At Alpha Omega Vitality, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • You may return products for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • After 30 days from the purchase date, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed.

Exchange & Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met:
✔ Product is defective or damaged
✔ Product is in its original packaging
✔ Product is unused

All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria are met. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected. Perishable goods cannot be returned or refunded.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required to process any refund or exchange. Without this, we cannot process the request.

Sale & Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund or exchange. Sale or clearance items are not eligible.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return items. We are unable to refund shipping charges.

Please ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items found damaged or used beyond what is reasonable for inspection may be rejected.
