Welcome to AlphaPulse Fitness (“AlphaPulse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AlphaPulse mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AlphaPulse.

Before Beginning Any Rigorous Training

Before using any fitness, nutrition, or training tools provided by AlphaPulse Fitness, it is important that you take the following precautions:

  • Consult a licensed medical physician before beginning any new workout regimen, high-intensity training, or demanding physical activity recommended through the app.

  • Perform proper warm-ups and stretching before engaging in strenuous exercise to reduce the risk of injury.

  • Immediately stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms, and seek medical attention.

  • Individuals with health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgeries should obtain explicit medical approval before engaging in intense physical activities.

AlphaPulse Fitness promotes responsible wellness. Ensuring medical clearance and proper physical preparation is essential for safe participation.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use AlphaPulse Fitness.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • AlphaPulse Fitness offers subscription plans at $12.99/month or $89.99/year.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s app store settings.

  • Subscribers receive 25% off all vitamins and supplements at AlphaOmegaVitality.com.

4. User Content

  • You may input workouts, nutrition logs, fitness goals, and other personal data.

  • You retain ownership of your content but grant AlphaPulse a license to use it solely to operate, personalize, and improve the Services.

  • You may delete your account and associated data at any time (see “Account Deletion Policy”).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the app’s functionality.

  • Share false, harmful, offensive, or misleading content within community features.

6. Health Disclaimer

  • AlphaPulse Fitness provides fitness, nutrition, and wellness tools for educational and informational purposes only.

  • AlphaPulse is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new fitness or nutrition program.

  • You use AlphaPulse Fitness at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own health decisions.

6A. Assumption of Risk

By using AlphaPulse Fitness, you acknowledge and agree that participation in any fitness activities, training programs, workouts, nutrition changes, stretching routines, or supplement use suggested or tracked within the app involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Muscle strains, sprains, or tears

  • Joint or ligament injuries

  • Cardiovascular complications

  • Dehydration or overexertion

  • Adverse reactions to supplements or dietary adjustments

  • General physical injuries resulting from exercise or wellness activities

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, known or unknown, associated with your participation in activities related to AlphaPulse Fitness.

6B. No Liability for Injuries

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • AlphaPulse Fitness, its owners, employees, developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, harm, illness, damages, losses, or death arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Services or from any fitness, nutrition, or wellness activities you choose to undertake.

  • This includes, without limitation, injuries resulting from:

    • Exercise recommendations

    • Training plans

    • Stretching routines

    • Nutritional suggestions

    • Supplement references

    • User-generated content

    • Technical malfunctions or data errors

You agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating your own physical condition and determining whether you are capable of participating safely in any activity suggested by the Services.

6C. Release of Claims

By using AlphaPulse Fitness, you release, waive, and discharge AlphaPulse Fitness and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to:

  • Your participation in workouts or nutrition plans

  • Injuries sustained during physical activity

  • Use or misuse of any feature within the app

  • Decisions made based on AI recommendations or educational content

This release applies whether the claim is based on negligence, contract, tort, product liability, or any other legal theory, except where prohibited by law.

6D. User Responsibility and Compliance

You agree to:

  • Consult a licensed healthcare professional before engaging in strenuous exercise or modifying your diet.

  • Immediately stop any activity that causes discomfort, pain, dizziness, or adverse effects.

  • Seek emergency medical help when necessary.

  • Follow all safety instructions provided within the app or by your healthcare provider.

Failure to do so is solely your responsibility.

7. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the AlphaPulse Fitness app in the Profile section.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AlphaPulse Fitness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted within the app or on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
