Processing time
Requests are completed within 30 days. We'll email you to confirm once your data has been deleted.
Your privacy
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records may be retained only where legally required (e.g. transaction/tax records).
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile and personal information (name, email, preferences)
- Your saved data, scan and activity history, and in-app logs
- Any analytics or usage data linked to your account
